Not always. Business Breakthrough Sessions and CEO Intensives can be booked without a consultation. For ongoing Fractional CXO partnerships, I will invite you to a private conversation after we have worked together in either a Breakthrough Session or Intensive. That way, we both make sure the partnership feels aligned and is a great fit on both sides.

How I Got Here

I didn’t choose entrepreneurship — entrepreneurship chose me.

Back in 2009, life pushed me into this world with no safety net and no roadmap. What started as a way to take care of my family quickly turned into a calling to help other women do the same — but with structure, intention, and support.

By 2014, Empress Business Solutions was born, and I evolved from virtual assistant to strategist… to the behind-the-scenes engine for launches, operations, and business growth

Over time, clients needed more than task support.
